Deployment Strategy and Priorities

Blackstone is actively developing a network of RAVEN infrastructure sites along key transportation corridors in Southern California, with an initial focus on the I-5 and US-101 freeways. These locations are strategically selected to align transportation demand, grid constraints, resiliency needs. DAC development, and partnership opportunities with public agencies and institutional landholders. Each site is designed as a distributed energy node—integrating generation, storage, and electric vehicle charging—while contributing to a scalable regional infrastructure network
